You can design your own space. Laminates are a click product so only available in a straight lay or herringbone pattern in limited size planks. Whereas with LVT you gain a lot more freedom in being able to design it to your specifications. For example they can be laid on the diagonal, including feature strips, basket weave and many more. Also any damaged planks can be reheated and replaced with new at anytime in the future (part of our aftercare service).
A smoothing compound is needed to ensure the longevity and perfection of your completed flooring. A quality finish is only possible if the preparation has been done correctly.
No. To save time, money and upheaval, we can prime and latex over the top of your existing ceramics. As long as they are down solid it won't cause any future problems.
Warranties vary depending on the supplier. The majority of carpets sold come with a 5-15 year warranty, whereas LVT and vinyls tend to have a 15-20 year guarantee.
